A short animation created during lockdown as part of a personal workshop to explore motion design using After Effects. The movement is inspired by a film character and reinterpreted using minimal graphic elements. The goal was to experiment with how motion alone — without narrative — can suggest rhythm, personality, and emotion.

Design Decisions
The animation uses simple shapes to keep the focus on movement. Timing, pacing and easing were adjusted manually to echo the original character’s gestures, while repetition and overlays helped create a sense of flow and momentum.
